DDDDK_QEP_6xhis

DDDDK is the enterokinase cleavage site. QEP is the short peptide composed of glutamine, glutamic acid and proline. They are fused with 6xhis tag for further investigation. All codons are optimised for E.coli. It is used in our surface display system for enzymatic cleavage verification.
